Frequently asked questions - General questions
Is it possible to boil alkaline water? Is it still alkaline after boiling?
Yes, if you make your water alkaline with the Alka® Drops, you can simply boil the water without changing the pH value.
What are the most common de-acidification symptoms?
The flu and infections, exhaustion, different faeces and excessive urination are common de-acidification symptoms. These de-acidification symptoms arise because the acid waste is greater than the body can handle on its own. The duration of the de-acidification symptoms depends on the amount of acid waste in the body. In case you are experiencing intestinal symptoms, it is a sign that the intestinal environment is gradually becoming alkaline. As a result, the pathogenic fungi die.
This is a good sign and is of limited duration.
What should I do if I am experiencing too many de-acidification symptoms?
What you can do if you are experiencing too many de-acidification symptoms is reducing the dose or take 1 or 2 days of rest. Drink a lot of water and tea without the drops in those 2 days. This will slow down or temporarily stop the active de-acidification process and gives the body a rest (you will often feel better). After 2 days, you can slowly restart the active de-acidification process. Adjust the dose based on your own feeling.
Should I pay attention to my nutrition during the de-acidification process?
Make sure you take a lot of minerals and trace elements. This through eating many vegetables and vegetable mineral supplements (Alka® Greens). These minerals will bind with the loosened acids.
How can I boost the drainage of acids?
You can boost the drainage of acids by daily drinking a few cups of Alka® Tea. Herbs have the ability to bind with the acids, thus stimulating the acid drainage. In addition, taking an alkaline (foot) bath is also very beneficial for the removal of loose acids from the body.
